  • This was a perfect headquarters for our activities! We could stroll over to the Space Needle, the Chihuly Museum, the MoPop, the Monorail, and the Pacific Science Center whenever we wanted, and we could easily zip back to the room when it was time for a break. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with a gorgeous view of the Space Needle and Frank Gehry's iconic MoPop architecture. The beds were super comfy, with lots of pillows and the room was quiet. Internet was fast, which meant a lot to a mobile working professional like me. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. I would definitely stay here again at a moment's notice. We loved our stay!

  • From the minute we checked in we were really impressed with the hotel, staff were friendly and really helpful - we were able to check in a little early, the Manager and a member of staff on the desk went above and beyond to help us do a load of laundry when we couldn’t download the app needed, and when my son spilt a drink on one of our beds, changing the sheet was no problem. The location was amazing, 5 mins from the Space Needle and the Museum of Pop Culture, and only a 15-20 min walk to Pike Place Market. We picked up a car from Budget just around the corner. The room we had was incredibly spacious and spotless - highly recommended!

  • The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful answering questions about Seattle. Breakfast was good and we filled up ready for each day's sightseeing. It is only about 10-15 minutes' easy, level walk to downtown (around the Amazon HQ) and about another 5 minutes to Pike's Place markets. The Space Needle, the Chihuly Garden, the MoPOP museum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation are all within 5 minutes' walk, so this hotel is super convenient. There's also a Walgreens and a McD very close by! Anyone visiting Seattle cannot go wrong if they choose to stay at this hotel.

  • We stayed here 4 nights in a Space Needle view room & had a marvelous stay! The Breakfast Buffet is very good, as is the selection of offerings. We really appreciated the secure underground parking & the walking distance to Seattle Center and many restaurants. Brella's was delicious for a light dinner plus local wines & beers. When we come back to Seattle, we will definitely stay here again!

  • This was our first time staying here and we were extremely happy with our choice. The hotel is centrally located to everything you might want to do, including walking down to Pike Place, or throughout the Downtown core. Staff were superbly friendly, eager to help, and always available if you needed them. We enjoyed breakfast on our last morning and the selection was just right, and a great way to get our day started. Our rooms were clean, and had a fantastic view of the Space Needle, and we loved the eco-friendliness of the hotel too. We'll be back again!

  • Only stayed for one night for a concert but it was great! They had everything we needed. I loved the private parking garage. Made my vehicle feel safe. Next time to I go to Seattle I will most definitely use this hotel.

  • This was a great find. we actually extended our stay an extra day instead of changing hotels. One of the few places with in & out parking privileges, and and underground parking area. We got a steal on our room. We did not face the space needle, but the skyline view we got was pretty. Room was big, AC worked better than any place I've stayed, ever! Shower was clean and great pressure. Bathroom was a good size. Nice size mini fridge. Breakfast wasn't included, and actually we ate out every meal cause there were so many great places to eat. Walking distance from the space needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit, Museum of Pop and the monorail. Easy to walk to and from the city area. Staff was so nice and super friendly.

  • The initial experience was very welcoming-concierge very helpful. We arrived very early and he suggested several things to do including the city tour that was beginning in a few minutes because we had hours before our room was available.. Made arrangements and had us on our way, while handling storage for out luggage within minutes of our arrival. Room had an excellent view of space needle and MoPop museum. Waitstaff in lounge friendly and efficient. limited menu but met our needs. check in- ck out speedy and shuttle available for a small fee for those getting to the docks for their cruise. Great staff, fitness and laundry room.

  • The management is exceptional: super efficient booking, enjoyable stay, the spacious beautiful rooms and excellent continental breakfast. The decor is impressive, the service is impeccable and pleasant

  • This hotel has it all...location, location, location AND the friendliest, most helpful staff you will meet. They will give directions, recommend restaurants, get you anything you possibly need. Cat and Tammy at the front desk, bake warm cookies for the lobby. Their customers are their number one priority. My husband has health issues and our room was effortlessly changed to meet his needs. There is a good restaurant on site and it is so convenient to the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, and the Chihuly Glass Museum which are a 5 minute walk away. There is a Walgreens nearby and a free waterfront shuttle one street over.! You can't go wrong choosing this hotel. It was great!!!! Thanks to a great staff in all areas ...good job!!

  • This place was wonderful. We walked to the Space Needle, Pikes Market, and the Pier before our cruise. It was clean comfortable and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We joked with them before we left for the cruise asking for the same room when we got back because we loved it...and they made it happen.
